Colliers International in San Jose, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the operation, physical condition, and financial performance of assigned properties. You will build relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure lease compliance and timely service delivery.
The role requires 2+ years in real estate, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with Yardi or MRI software. A California real estate license is required.
This is an Onsite working arrangement at our San Jose, CA location.
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of assigned properties, including the operation, physical condition and financial performance of all buildings in accordance with applicable management contracts.

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $31.19/hour to $40.87/hour
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
