The day-to-day: The Assistant Property Manager should be process-oriented, customer service-focused, detail-oriented, and a natural leader. Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing payables and collections with attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional service to residents regarding their leasing experience
  • Assisting with marketing efforts and community engagement
  • Collaborating with team members and embodying Mission Rock’s culture
  • Communicating effectively via email, phone, social media, and in person
  • Leasing and pre-leasing apartments, ensuring compliance and providing community tours
  • Maintaining a clean and prideful work environment

Requirements

  • Leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Empathy, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Property Management experience

Salary: $22.00-$24.00
