The properties managed in this position are located in Oregon, including but not limited to the Portland metro area, Beaverton, Tigard, and Hillsboro. This in-person position includes a 90-day training program out of our corporate office in Vancouver, WA, with the option to transfer to our downtown Portland office after completing the training. Everyday Will Be Different But Your Primary Duties Include
  • Prepare and perform lease signings with new tenants.
  • Maintain marketing, advertising, and property availability notifications.
  • Manage property workflows and maintain owner and resident document filings.
  • Perform tenant move-in inspections and report issues.
  • Enter and manage work order requests for property maintenance.
  • Handle tenant maintenance requests and coordinate work, updating tenants and Property Manager.
  • Track delinquent accounts, perform rent collection calls, and post collection notices.
  • Communicate with current rental references and handle written communications.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and reconditioning during move-in inspections.
  • Stay updated on Oregon Landlord-Tenant Laws and ensure compliance with notices and maintenance.
  • Manage notices to vacate and move-out paperwork.
  • Show properties by appointment during vacancies.
  • Assist with new business paperwork and processing.
  • Act as the primary contact for tenant calls and backup for owner calls.
  • Assist with tenant evictions as directed by Property Manager.
