We are looking for a prudent assistant property manager responsible for the direct management oversight of the assigned residential property. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as an assistant property manager
• In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
• Interpersonally savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and coordinate maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants
• Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Collect receivables and handle operating expenses
• Oversee property personnel and assess their performance
• Achieve financial goals and report on financial performance periodically
• Build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• Stay updated on job and market knowledge
