Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Novi, MI to support the Property Manager in leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight. This role emphasizes high service standards and reliable operations for residents and staff.

You will assist with delinquency management, move-ins, renewals, and coordination of resident insurance while ensuring smooth daily property operations and strong communication with teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties.
