Job summary

• Performs AP processing and AR reporting; assists with operating and capital expense forecasts.
• Supports tenant-focused programs and initiatives.
• Coordinates with tenants, maintenance staff and vendors to close work orders.
• Provides efficient, timely, courteous service and can work independently.
