Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 1597 Pine Ridge Road Naples, FL 34109
  • Alternate Store Address: 3836 Tollgate Boulevard, Naples, FL 34114
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Outdoor work involving walking, climbing stairs, and opening doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and appearance.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May require running errands and traveling between locations.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental processing, property inspections, safety checks, and closing procedures. You will have a work/life balance with five working days (no Sundays) and end your day by 6 pm, allowing time for personal pursuits.
