Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager located in Methuen, MA. The Assistant Property Manager will assist in overseeing property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, and financial reporting. The role involves supporting the Property Manager in ensuring the property meets annual financial objectives and maintains high standards of customer service for residents. Responsibilities also entail participating in leasing activities, addressing resident inquiries, managing rent collections, and assisting with property inspections and compliance.
