The ideal candidate has experience as an Assistant Manager in the multi-family industry, strong with accounting and collection, leasing experience and possesses superior customer service skills.

SUMMARY
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for collection and posting of rent, delinquenc y , move-out procedures, monthly reporting, resident services and leasing . The Assistant Property Manager will also assist the Property Manager with assigned duties related to property operations and compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
