Bethyl Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in a full-time, on-site role in Las Vegas, NV. You will support the Property Manager, handle resident concerns, and assist with leasing, training, and budget efforts to improve net operating income.
You will also help maintain resident ledgers, perform move-in/move-out inspections, and stand in as Property Manager when needed, while delivering elevated customer service to residents and staff.
As our Assistant Property Manager, you will provide support to your Property Manager and your day will include resolving and addressing residents' concerns, maintenance of resident ledgers and files, completion of accounting tasks, along with moments of training new leasing professionals and joining the team in leasing units. We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager with creativity and enthusiasm, that is delinquency driven, and will provide our residents with elevated customer service.
The position is a full-time (40 hours/week), permanent, non-exempt position.
The position reports directly to the Property Manager.
