We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Assistant Property Manager. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
  • Store Address: 608 W Vine St, Kissimmee, FL 34741
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts with collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and perform bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regular property walks during shifts.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Run errands and travel between store locations as needed.
Typical Day:

Your day involves opening preparations, customer assistance, rental management, property inspections, and closing procedures. You'll also participate in meetings, training, and collaborative projects, with evenings ending by 6 pm to support work/life balance. This role offers five-day workweeks (no Sundays) and opportunities for personal pursuits.
