In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring skills in customer service and property maintenance.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service:

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions with excellent service.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform lock checks and show units.
• Renting storage spaces, selling merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, completing bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.

Property Maintenance:

• Daily walks of the property, cleaning units and the property, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintaining the facility through activities like mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning units.
• Ensuring the storage facility is clean and safe, meeting company guidelines.

Qualifications

You’d be great in this role if you have:

• A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional requirements:

• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance, with access to reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.

The hourly rate ranges from $18.72 to $20.29, depending on experience.

*Some locations may require Sunday hours
