Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the community
• Assist with leasing efforts, resident retention, and community events
• Manage rent collections and resident communications
• Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience
• Help oversee marketing and social media initiatives to drive traffic and engagement
• Maintain compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
• Provide leadership support to team members and act as a point of contact in the manager’s absence

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property management or leasing, preferably in student or multifamily housing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with property management software
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Social media savvy and marketing experience a plus
• Strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
