National Property Management Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a 168-unit residential community in Fort Worth, TX.

The role requires strong knowledge of residential property management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will oversee leasing functions, marketing, and customer service, while coordinating rent collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market surveys.
• Outreach marketing and updating online ads.
• All leasing functions including evictions and move ins.
• Various reporting responsibilities.
• Processing security deposit refunds.
• Accounts receivable duties including collection & processing of rent income.
• Send former tenants past due accounts for collection.
• Resident event planning.
• Upkeep with the property's social media accounts.

Salary: $24.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 50% rent discount for onsite living
