We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Self-Storage Property Manager. Job Details:
  • Salary: $14 - $15.50 per hour
  • Store Address: 5977 Whites Rd, Columbus, GA 31907
Essential Duties:
  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies to ensure safety and maximize rentable units.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Sales experience.
Physical Requirements:
  • Conduct regular property walks.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and appearance through inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.
Average Day:

Your day will be dynamic and diverse, starting with opening preparations, assisting customers, handling rental agreements, and inspecting the property. You will also participate in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and training. The day ends with closing procedures and securing the property. Enjoy a work/life balance working five days a week (no Sundays) and finishing by 6 pm.
