Job Summary:
This Assistant Property Manager will report to the Property Manager with a dotted line to the General Managers at Grand Lodge and Lodge at Mountaineer Square and will manage all Vacation Rental units (currently 388 units Plaza, LMS, GL and offsite) and all Homecare Agreements including revenue budgeting, monthly financial analysis, contractor/vendor coordination, property inspections, etc. Responsible for guest service function for all homeowner guests and homeowners and assisting with questions and concerns while adhering to all VRI standards. Will work as general manager for all contracted rental owners.

The expected pay range is$25.00 - $29.55. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
