Job Summary:The Assistant Property Manager, under the supervision of the Property Manager, is entrusted with the upkeep of daily asset operations. This includes team management, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local Laws, overseeing property finances, while fostering brand awareness.
Supervisory Responsibilities:This role does not require supervisory duties.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2-4 years related to management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, legal agreements, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
