The Friedman Realty Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations and resident service. The role emphasizes rent processing, accounts receivable, delinquency management, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out processing, ensuring efficient, compliant property operations.
You will conduct leasing tours, handle applicant paperwork, and maintain timely communication with residents.

The Assistant Property Manager oversees the budget with an emphasis on accounts receivable, delinquency, lease renewals, eviction filings and rent payment processing. The Assistant Property Manager also assists with current and prospective resident interactions, conducting leasing tours, administrative duties, processing move-ins and move-outs, and handling the day-to-day operations in the absence of the Property Manager.
