Position Overview:
Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join its property management team at an apartment community in Boston.
The role includes duties such as collections, resident correspondence, annual and interim recertifications, property inspections, and administrative functions. The Assistant provides daily support and backup in all facets of property management.
The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about site operations, including rent collection, work order processing, leasing, turnover units, budgeting, program compliance, and resident relations.
