Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help manage the daily operations of a portfolio of shopping centers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in the operational management of shopping centers in line with policies, procedures, budgets, and management directives.
  2. Supporting the Property Manager in preparing operating and capital expenditure budgets.
  3. Maintaining current certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants.
  4. Building positive relationships with tenants to anticipate and respond to their needs.
  5. Assisting in soliciting and analyzing bids for maintenance and repairs, coordinating vendor activities.
  6. Reviewing and analyzing leases to clarify responsibilities of landlords and tenants.
  7. Organizing and maintaining tenant and vendor files.
  8. Supporting leasing activities, including showings and turnover coordination.
  9. Processing signage and construction approval requests.
  10. Uploading contracts, insurance certificates, and related documents to the Document Management System.
  11. Drafting and distributing contracts, license agreements, and addendums.
