In your role at CubeSmart Self Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring skills in customer service and property maintenance.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service
  • Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions while delivering excellent service.
  • Interacting face to face with customers, building rapport.
  • Meeting sales goals and metrics.
  • Performing property checks and showing units.
  • Renting storage spaces, selling merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, completing bank deposits, and making courtesy calls for late payments.
Property Maintenance
  • Daily walks, cleaning units and property, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
  • Maintaining the facility through cleaning, light repairs, and upkeep.
  • Ensuring the facility is clean and safe, including restrooms, landscaping, parking, fencing, walls, and doors.

Qualifications

You’d be great in this role if you have…

  • A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
  • Basic computer skills.

Additional information:

  • You must be able to work Saturdays.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Frequent physical activity including standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing, or balancing on a ladder.

*Some locations may require Sunday hours
