Real Estate Company located in Rio Rancho, NM, seeks a Property Manager | Office Manager | Real Estate Administrative Assistant.

Property Manager Duties

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administrative and organizational duties
  • Oversee Outlook calendar: schedule and confirm appointments
  • Coordinate meetings and events with brokers and colleagues
  • Update company databases/contact lists
  • Basic accounting and data entry
  • Answer and process incoming calls
  • Make outgoing calls for specific assignments
  • Prepare and send networking, marketing, or informational mailers
  • Handle reservations, travel, or gift purchases as needed
  • Organize desk and personal tasks
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Receive, sort, copy, and distribute mail
  • Mail, fax, and courier documents
  • Schedule meetings, prepare expense reports, coordinate travel
  • Assist in preparing presentations for managers and brokers
  • Communicate with customers and vendors
  • Create spreadsheets, documents, flyers
  • Assist with property inspections and report accuracy
  • Scan and manage documents in the real estate system
  • Maintain property information in the system
  • Order supplies and assist with compliance deadlines
  • Maintain office filing system
  • Perform market research and update reports
  • Monitor insurance certificates and claims
  • Assist with contracts, bid processes, and tax issues
  • Code invoices for accounting
  • Update social media and marketing efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
