Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Superintendent for a heavy civil highway project north of Tampa Bay. This onsite role supports the Project Superintendent, supervises subs, foremen, and crews, and emphasizes FDOT compliance and safety.

Relocation to the Tampa Bay/Central Florida area is welcome. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in heavy civil highway construction, FDOT contract experience, and reside in or near Tampa Bay.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years in heavy civil highway construction.
• Experience with FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.
• Current level of Assistant Superintendent, General Foreman or senior Foreman.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Based in Tampa Bay or Central Florida, or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Run subcontractors, foremen and crews day to day on the project.
• Back up the Project Superintendent on planning and production.
• Keep daily reports, logs and field documentation current.
• Handle quality control in the field and site safety.
• Attend meetings with the owner and FDOT inspectors.
• Coordinate equipment, material and deliveries to the jobsite.
• Own jobsite safety and conduct toolbox talks.
• Track quantities and daily production metrics.
• Travel between work areas on the project as needed.

An established heavy civil contractor is hiring an Assistant Project Superintendent for a design build highway job north of Tampa Bay. This is a strong opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent, or a General Foreman or Roadway Foreman ready to step up, who wants a stable employer and a real path to Superintendent. You'll back up the Project Superintendent and run subs, foremen and crews day to day, much of it FDOT work. Tampa Bay and Central Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.
