Sieling and Jones is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Team in planning, coordinating, and tracking all aspects of assigned woodworking projects. You will help ensure smooth execution while contributing to a competitive benefits package and a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes strong organization, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, with a path toward supporting project management excellence in a growing wood products

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years as a Project Assistant.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track all aspects of assigned projects and maintain documentation.
• Manage project communications and generate correspondence for timely responses.
• Assist with goal setting, milestones, and project schedules.
• Support review and markup of project contracts and vendor relations.
• Create purchase orders and follow release procedures for materials.
• Coordinate with Engineering to update submittals and project specs.
