LVI Associates in Nashville seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Nashville area. You will work alongside experienced project managers and field leadership on municipal projects, gaining exposure to large-scale public infrastructure.

Responsibilities include assisting planning, scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and coordination with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 2+ years of construction experience in heavy civil, utility, or water/wastewater construction.
• Experience with pump stations, treatment plants, underground utilities, or related municipal infrastructure preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and closeout of water/wastewater projects.
• Manage project docs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract correspondence.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Track schedules, budgets, and production progress.
• Support procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and specs to identify issues and opportunities.
• Attend meetings and document outcomes.
• Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Help ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Support startup, commissioning, and closeout activities.
