Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing underground utility, water/wastewater, site development, roadway, drainage, or municipal infra projects.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, estimating, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple heavy civil projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and production plans.
• Coordinate field ops with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
