Job summary

Per Sé Group in the Raleigh area is seeking a hands-on Project Scheduler to keep MS Project schedules honest across multiple active capital projects. You'll capture changes from meetings, track milestones and budgets, and turn data into reports leadership can actually use.

This is a 40-hour, hybrid role with on-site work at the client as needed, paying $45–$50/hour. You’ll work with contractors, vendors and stakeholders, advancing toward PM responsibilities as you prove you can own the moving

Qualifications

• Solid scheduling experience on construction or capital projects.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong communication with leadership and project teams.

Job description

You won't be buried in RFIs and submittals all day. You'll sit at the center of a large, multi-site capital program - keeping schedules honest, spotting problems early, and making sure everyone from the project team to leadership knows what is happening.

You'll own the moving pieces. You'll maintain Microsoft Project schedules across multiple active projects, capture changes and decisions from meetings, track milestones and budgets, and turn project data into reports leadership can actually use. You'll coordinate contractors, vendors and stakeholders, keep action items from disappearing, and work alongside experienced Senior PMs to identify schedule issues before they become client problems.

The real opportunity: you're not being hired to stay an APM forever. As you prove you can take ownership, you'll get opportunities to run meetings, take on projects and move toward Project Manager responsibilities. You'll also get exposure to a large corporate portfolio spanning major workplace, infrastructure and capital improvement projects.

This is a 40-hour, hybrid role in the Raleigh area, with on-site work at the client as needed, paying $45–$50/hour.

You’ll fit well if you're the person who naturally keeps a project organized, notices when something doesn't add up, follows through without being chased, and can talk comfortably with a contractor in the morning and an executive stakeholder in the afternoon. You should have solid construction/capital-project experience and hands-on scheduling experience with Microsoft Project or P6.
