Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial construction management experience.
• Experience leading $50M+ project packages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (PMP a plus).

Are you ready to lead massive, $50M+ power generation projects from the ground up? We are partnering with a construction firm that is looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive its industrial construction division forward.

In this role, you’ll act as the primary manager overseeing complex power facilities—including specialized power generation systems. You’ll partner directly with field superintendents and trade partners to deliver exceptional results on time and under budget.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Field Execution: Work with on-site leaders to manage resources, heavy equipment, and site logistics.
• Drive Safety & Quality: Champion their zero-incident safety culture and enforce strict OSHA and company-wide standards.
• Manage Financials & Schedules: Oversee project CPM schedules, cost reporting, cash flows, and client relations.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of heavy industrial construction management experience.
• Proven track record managing packages valued at $50M+.
• Experience in the power sector.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience (PMP is a plus).
