Ernst Brothers is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support residential construction projects, handling scheduling, documentation, and client communications. You’ll work closely with Project Managers on custom homes, renovations, and additions, ensuring schedules stay on track and information flows smoothly.

The role emphasizes organization, dependability, and proactive problem solving on-site and in meetings with clients and vendors, helping the 팀 maintain quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Supports project schedules and milestones.
• Maintains project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Coordinates subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Assists with budgets, invoices, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with schedules, milestones, and day‑to‑day project logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes, in Procore.
• Assist with budgets, invoices, change orders, and procurement tracking.
• Participate in site visits, documenting progress and helping uphold quality and safety standards.
• Support client meetings and communications with professionalism.
