This hands-on role requires coordinating subs, documenting progress, and ensuring safety and quality on site. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in residential construction, strong communication, and a willingness to learn and grow into a full Project Manager role through mentoring and progressive

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager - Field Operations. This is a hands-on position that provides support to multiple Project Managers across various residential construction projects. The individual must be willing and able to take on whatever responsibilities are necessary to keep projects organized, productive, and moving forward.

No task is too small, and no responsibility is beneath this position. On any given day, that may mean coordinating subcontractors, documenting jobsite progress, picking up materials, protecting finished surfaces, cleaning and organizing a jobsite, or performing physical construction work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn the residential construction business.

Our objective is to develop this individual into a capable Project Manager over the next several years through hands-on experience, mentoring, and progressively greater responsibility.
