Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of public involvement, stakeholder engagement, communications, or project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to attend and support evening or weekend public meetings, travel as required, and work outside normal business hours when needed.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers on public involvement and stakeholder engagement projects of varying complexity.
• Manage and act as a liaison to clients, subcontractors, vendors, the public, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Maintain document control, manage databases, and track project activities and communications.
• Plan and support public meetings, open houses, hearings, and other stakeholder events.
• Develop, review, and distribute public-facing materials and notices.
• Monitor stakeholder concerns and prepare timely responses with project teams.
• Assist with project controls, including cost reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare internal and external reports and stakeholder engagement summaries.
