Structure Tone Southwest is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support statewide construction projects in Texas. You will work with senior leadership, coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and help manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and budgets.

The role emphasizes QA/QC inspections, document control, and safety initiatives, with opportunities to train new hires and grow within a fast-paced construction team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial construction (e.g., Construction Clerk, Project Engineer).
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel; CMiC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to senior leadership, including conducting project audits.
• Train new hires on project-related technologies and tools.
• Coordinate with architectural, engineering, and other professional teams.
• Assist with scheduling subcontractor manpower and material deliveries.
• Review and process submittals and RFIs.
• Participate in cost control efforts and budget tracking.
• Manage document control processes and track changes to contract documents.
• Perform QA/QC inspections of installed materials.
• Assist in punch list development and project close-out documentation.
• Collaborate on safety management initiatives.
• Maintain organized records and documentation with attention to detail.
