Job summary

SSOE is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support our Process Operations team on multi-discipline engineering and design projects. Locations available include Toledo (OH), Lima (OH), and Midland (MI).

You will assist project managers through scope development, design packages, and project execution, coordinating meetings and document control as needed. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology/PM, 3 years of related experience, and CAPM is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Technology, Project Management or related field.
• 3 years related experience or equivalent.
• CAPM Certification is encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with day-to-day project tasks, staffing, work plans, schedules and budgets.
• Assist in preparing project plans, budgets and control procedures.
• Under supervision, manage small scope projects.
• Assist in evaluating consultants and outsourcing partners for utilization.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain paper flow and document controls.
