We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our project teams in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their project management skills and take on greater responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing daily project activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents; support the preparation of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress, track budgets, and help update project reports and documentation.
  • Support procurement activities including material orders and vendor follow-ups.
  • Conduct site visits to verify work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Help ensure project deadlines, cost targets, and quality expectations are met.
  • Foster strong communication between office and field teams.
