Job summary

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager for on-site work in Bowling Green, OH. The role supports project planning and coordination across teams on large-scale energy and industrial projects.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 0-3 years of experience, and foundational knowledge of PM and construction management. Travel and outdoor work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Foundational knowledge of project management and construction management principles.
• Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera (preferred).
• Ability to support project controls including cost tracking, labor tracking, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, reporting, and basic financial metrics analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
