Job summary

Qualifications

• A 4-Year College Degree or equivalent project management experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferable Mechanical) is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are desired.
• Ability to read and understand contract plans and specifications.
• Ability to perform accurate estimating and buying takeoffs for mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in planning work schedule and coordinating project activities.
• Lead the SOP process and conduct pre-job planning meetings.
• Advise on potential problems and schedule difficulties; assist in resolutions.
• Oversee day-to-day tasks: submittals, RFIs, payments, and reviews.
• Prepare reports and analyses with minimal supervision.
• Attend meetings representing the project team and create monthly project billing.
