Job summary

Aireko Construction Corp. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support planning, coordination, and execution of industrial construction projects.

You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safety, schedule, and quality. The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil/Construction/Mechanical Engineering, at least three years of PM experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with industrial utility systems (chillers, AHUs, BAS, cooling towers, pumps, plumbing, piping).
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, equipment, and blueprint reading.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate labor and subcontractors to maintain schedules.
• Support procurement, scheduling, and project logistics.
• Monitor project progress and maintain daily activity reports.
• Conduct site safety meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and utility companies.
• Review and update drawings and documentation.
• Build strong client relationships with excellent service.
• Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.
