Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; construction experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of construction documents, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office; working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, BuildR, MS Project, and Salas.

Responsibilities

• Manage submittals, RFIs, action items, and project documentation in Procore.
• Assist with project buyout and coordinate with Preconstruction and Operations teams.
• Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor and subcontractor meetings; prepare meeting minutes and follow-ups.
• Support change events, change orders, budget reviews, billings, and subcontractor pay apps.
• Track cost impacts and maintain accurate financial and contract information.
• Maintain permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals for projects.
