Michael Page is recruiting a Construction Project Manager in Houston, TX to lead commercial projects including K12 and mixed-use developments. You will read specs, supervise subcontractors, and ensure timely materials delivery while maintaining plans and schedules to meet inspections.

The role emphasizes coordinating with project teams to manage budgets and profitability, with a focus on milestone tracking and collaboration across PMs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Commercial Construction, with mixed commercial & K12 projects.
• Team management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets and profitability to project completion.
• Collaborate with PMs and team to refine/update project schedules.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years in Commercial Construction specializing in commercial construction including: Mixed Commercial & K12 projects
• Team Management Experience
• Strong oral communication and written skills.
• Ability to successful manage all aspects of commercial projects including schedules, budgets, and profitability through comprehensive project completion.
• Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked.
