Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager across the project life cycle. Responsibilities include pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, and coordinating with subcontractors to keep projects on time and under budget.

The role requires 0-2 years field experience, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to read construction plans. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred. Travel is 0-5%.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing the project life cycle.
• Support in pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors to meet code, scope, and budgets.
• Participate in safety meetings, meetings, and cost reviews.
• Assist with change orders, project documentation, and closeout activities.
• Support planning for HVAC and plumbing installations to meet timelines.
