Job summary

LVI Associates in Tampa seeks an ambitious Assistant Project Manager for a ground-up high-rise development with a national general contractor. You will be exposed to all phases of construction and supported by a collaborative team on a landmark project.

The role requires a bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Architecture, strong communication, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software. You will help manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgets, and coordination with owners,

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience with ground-up construction projects preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration and execution of a ground-up high-rise project.
