Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Cambridge, MA healthcare/hospital project. The role focuses on leading commercial real estate initiatives from planning to occupancy, coordinating with clients, consultants, and vendors, and driving timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong communication, and leadership skills, plus a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.
  • 3–10+ years of PM experience in commercial construction or real estate development.
  • Experience working directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Project; familiarity with Procore/Bluebeam/CAD/BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leading commercial real estate projects from planning through occupancy and closeout.
  • Serving as liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Developing project schedules, milestones, and critical path timelines.
  • Managing project budgets, forecasting, cost tracking, and cash flow reporting.
  • Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Overseeing RFPs, bid reviews, contractor selection, and contract administration.
  • Supporting permitting, entitlement, and regulatory approval processes.
  • Reviewing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Conducting site visits to monitor quality, schedule adherence, and progress.
