Job summary

Kraus-Anderson is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager and Team Leader in planning, directing, and coordinating activities for designated projects. The role offers opportunities to manage projects in a learning environment and develop hands-on experience with KA’s consulting and field teams.

You will help prepare schedules, analyze drawings, and coordinate resource allocation while communicating effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Satisfactory verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willingness to participate in decision making and involve appropriate people.

Responsibilities

• Reviews proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding, and staffing needs.
• Provides daily, weekly, and monthly schedule support to preserve contract and schedule.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Completes materials take-offs, establishes cost estimates, and tracks procurement.
• Coordinates activities with project staff to ensure progress within budget and scope.
