Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Track project progress and provide timely updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
• Assist with managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and schedules.
• Facilitate clear communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues.
• Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and clients.
