Job summary

Bozzuto Construction Company (BCC) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily, hospitality renovation, and tenant fit-out projects in the $1M–$10M range. You’ll help manage drawings, scopes, change orders, and QA/QC while coordinating subcontractors and safety on site.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in construction management of multifamily or hospitality renovation projects.
• Strong budgeting, costing and subcontractor management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and team-motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with negotiations, scopes of work, change orders, submittals and RFIs.
• Help manage construction drawings, specifications and related documents.
• Lead QA/QC process, material expediting and tracking.
• Aid in management of subcontractors and other team members.
• Ensure onsite operations are safe, on-time, on-budget and meet quality standards.
• Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development.
• Coordinate purchasing of essential safety supplies, products, or training items.
