Job summary

Bozzuto Construction Company in Washington, DC area seeks a Project Manager to lead complex construction programs from preconstruction through delivery. The role focuses on driving project success, coordinating teams, and delivering client-focused results with a commitment to safety and quality.

You will oversee project financials, subcontractor negotiations, and daily communications with clients while fostering a culture of growth and teamwork across the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management/related field.
• 7 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction technology and BIM software (Procore, Navisworks, Blue Beam).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial health of the project from preconstruction through delivery.
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure onsite operations are safe, on-time, on-budget, and meet quality standards.
• Regularly prepare and present communications to clients as the main point of contact.
• Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts.
• Lead and inspire the professional growth of all team members.

Primary Responsibilities

Our internal leadership, the client, and the rest of the project team is counting on you to steer the project in the right direction. Reporting directly to the Project Executive, this is your opportunity to demonstrate your ability to effectively manage others, build relationships and deliver results.

As a Project Manager your primary responsibilities include:

• Oversee the financial health of your project from preconstruction through delivery.
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on‑time, on‑budget and to our quality standards.
• Regularly prepare and present communications to clients, as their main point of contacts.

What You Bring to Us

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management/related field.
• 7 years of experience managing multimillion‑dollar construction projects.
• Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction technology, construction management and BIM software (Procore, Navisworks, Blue Beam preferred.)

Salary Range: $110,000 — $165,000 USD
