Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with schedule development and updates.
• Monitor project budgets and cost reports.
• Develop scopes of work.
• Support Superintendents and subcontractors during active projects.
• Negotiate and track subcontractor agreements.
• Assist with monthly owner billings and project cost reporting.
• Maintain communication with clients and architects.
• Process subcontractor pay applications and verify supporting documentation.
• Prepare and review submittals for compliance.
• Ensure OSHA and safety requirements are followed.
• Assist with project closeout documentation.
• Support client relationships and repeat business.
• Train toward becoming a self-sufficient Project Manager.

Skills

Ability to read and understand rebar drawings

Experience with Microsoft Office

Experience with Microsoft Project

Experience with Adobe

Experience with On Screen Takeoffs

Experience with Procore or similar software

Strong communication skills

Relationship-building skills

Spanish is a plus
