INDI Staffing Services is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join a Management team overseeing software outsourcing projects with multicultural, distributed teams worldwide. You should be proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

The role emphasizes agile project control, HR policy collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver on time while achieving client and team satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing software outsourcing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Budget management experience.
• IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the forecast of the projects in charge.
• Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.
• Ensure the application of consistent HR policies, in close collaboration with HRBP.
• Verify the viability and prepare budgets, equipment and resources.
• Identify and manage risks to ensure that delivery arrives on time.
• Monitor and control activities to track progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Implement changes and ensure compliance with established methodologies.
