Irby Construction Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, execution, and completion of foundation repair and related construction projects. You will work under a Project Manager, coordinating field operations, monitoring budgets and schedules, and ensuring safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in powerline or electrical utility construction.
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors in T&D or similar environments.
• Strong safety culture and compliance with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning and execution of foundation repair projects.
• Coordinate daily project activities with field supervisors and crews.
• Maintain short-term schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and support cost management and forecasting.
• Conduct site visits for quality, safety, and progress verification.
• Assist with closeout, change orders, and documentation.
