Job summary

Teksky LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing construction team in Villa Park, IL. You will develop accurate estimates, review blueprints, manage budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have multi-family construction estimation experience, strong takeoff skills, and proficiency with HeavyBid/Xactimate/Bluebeam. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating or assistant project management.
• Experience in Multi-Family Construction Estimation Required.
• Strong blueprint reading and quantity takeoff skills.
• Knowledge of construction budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling.
• Experience with estimating software such as HeavyBid, Xactimate, or similar tools.
• Bluebeam experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
